Central Park

The next morning, we checked out Central Park. Can you guess what this memorial commemorates?
Here are some hints:
He was known for this...
He lived in this apartment...
on this floor.

Okay, okay. It shouldn't be that hard to find out what the Strawberry Fields Memorial commemorates (hell, the title itself should be easy to figure out who, or that Yoko Ono designed it.) But afterwards, we took a bike tour around Central Park. It was cool, except the guide had a heavy Russian accent, so it was hard to understand him. But the park was beautiful.
Tavern-on-the-Green. One meal costs $100.

I swear. You step into this park, and you forget you're in New York City. It's so peaceful. And to think, this place was the worst to go to at night before Giuliani became mayor.
The Balto Statue
I think Caroline Kennedy lives here.
The Angel Fountain: the only fountain in the park designed by a woman.

Across from the fountain was the Bethesda Arcade. The acoustics for it were so great that this choir of six sounded like a choir of five hundred.

This is actually a tile ceiling.
The walls had frescos painted everywhere. I found this one pretty clever.

This building held the fight scene at the end of Ghostbusters.
Wait. "can injure them"? Isn't that what happens when you catch them?
This is the fountain used in the opening of the TV show Friends.

The Trump Hotel.

I think this restaurant was used in Seinfeld. I could be wrong, but it looks like it.
